The service we received today from 1-2-3 Equipment Solutions was a significant improvement over our previous interaction. While we anticipated another challenging visit, the new technician made a noticeable difference. Jethro was thorough in his inspection, carefully assessed the machine, addressed the necessary faults and proactively identified additional ways to address the issue. He clearly communicated his findings and solutions, and we are hopeful the problem has been fully resolved.

Despite the poor reviews (on their other Google business account), this company was part of the MerryChef oven list of approved vendors. The office assistant who took our service request was pleasant and promptly put us on the schedule. Beyond that, our service experience was disappointing. Their office assistant asked us to have someone on site early in the morning, unfortunately the technician did not arrive until the afternoon (5+ hours late). During the first site visit, we agreed to pay for overnighting a part (magnetron) as this was the only part that was identified as defective. The technician replaced the part and attempted to use the oven. Overheating error was still present and the technician said it’s most likely another basic part (diode, capacitor, etc.).
