I can't put into words how grateful I am for the services that 1-800-Packouts provided me at a most critical time of my life. Hurricane Milton destroyed my home. Thankfully most of my contents were salvageable. Rachel, Traci and their team arrived just two days after the storm hit. I was still in complete shock. They treated me so kindly and assured me everything was going to be ok. Gently guided me through the process of making decisions about my personal belongings. They took great care in packing everything, too!! They also checked in with me during the rebuild, too. Always very responsive to any questions I had It was such a joy to see their vehicles pull up 422 days later! Lots of hugs and smiles this time. I am extremely grateful for this team!! This company was hired by my insurance company and I would recommend them to anyone!! Rachel and her crew were very professional and informative. Amazingly they packed and moved my entire house in 3 days, and she sent updates daily with pictures! They are the best!!
