I am a plumber. We had a customer with backed up sewer lines. Sewage and water backed up into the basement. After we fixed the issue. Chris and Tru from 1-800-waterdamage came in and did the water mitigation. They were amazingly quick and efficient. They did a great job. We'll definitely be using them again.

Chris and Tru came out and did a thorough inspection of the areas I found concerning. They took the time to explain signs I should look out for and when to be concerned. Their inspection helped to ease some of my anxieties. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable service provider to either ease concerns or to offer remediation for a serious issue.
