LK Heating & Cooling

My family had our furnace and AC replaced by LK and what a great experience it was. First thing is Bill is fantastic! He is very thorough when looking at what needs to be done and explains everything so you can understand and does not try to rush through the process of his meeting with you. He is patient and respectful. What a great guy. The pricing was by far the best around for what we got and with a great warranty. Installers were great also. They were nice did a good job and cleaned up very well when done. Im so happy we went with LK. Other companies in the north olmsted and westlake are either never sent us a qoute after meeting us, or rushed through our qoute so fast, or way more expensive then LK with lesser warranty or not the same quality product. Great Company!!!

LK heating installed my HVAC system so I called them for service as I had no heat. They came out the same day, fixed the issues, explained the issues and fixes clearly and comprehensibly. An old furnace never breaks down at a ‘good time’. Someone suggested LK when my normal provider couldn’t accommodate a quick fix. I had a new ignitor installed in a very short time ahead of approaching sub zero conditions. It was a huge relief as I have a special needs adult son living with me so a fast repair was crucial. I am very appreciative of the fast attention and effort, and reasonably priced! I will definitely be sticking with LK going forward !
