We are extremely happy with all the folks at Flooring Concepts. We hired them to do our entire main level with LVP flooring and new baseboards. Everyone from Aimee, Melissa, Don, Kirk, and Jason, all knowledgeable and provide great service. Installers are meticulous. Our house is transformed and we love it!! We highly recommend, and we will consider using them again for carpeting the upstairs in the future.

We had multiple different flooring companies come out to give quotes for our project and we went with Flooring Concepts due to their professionalism and competitive pricing. Kirk and Melissa helped us plan our project and they were very patient and knowledgeable each time we visited the store. Tim and Gio were our installers and they were timely, clean, and communicative throughout the process. Overall, I am very happy with the job that the team at Flooring Concepts did and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Our new floor is beautiful. Flooring Concepts was easy to work with from start to finish. They were very helpful in picking out the best floor. They worked around our schedule and were able to do the installation 3 weeks early. Installation went smooth and clean. Very pleased with the results.
