Balanced Air Heating & Cooling

I have been putting off updating my whole home HVAC system for the last five years, partly because it’s such a big cost and partly because I was hoping to stretch the life of my original units. I finally broke down this year and started the hunt for someone I could trust to be in my home and do a quality job at a fair price. I had three separate bids, and Jeremy at Balanced Air was the only one that spent more than 15 minutes at my house before they left. He literally walked me through the inside/outside of my home for no less than 45 minutes during the original consultation, as well as walked me through everything that would happen if he were to do the install. Not only that, he pointed out several flaws in the original installation and was very upfront that he would remedy those as well

Jeremy came out to look at our heating system which was blowing cold air intermittently. He was very quick to get out to our house, and diagnose and fix the issue. His pricing was very fair and transparent, and he didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary work. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a high-quality, trustworthy HVAC team. We will definitely be working with Balanced Air again.

Jeremy was quick to answer my call when I got home to a cold house with not heat. He talked through the issues prior to stopping by that same night to diagnose the problem and only needed a specific motor from the store the next morning. The next morning he arrived with the parts and in 30 minutes we had heat again! Worth every penny. And he was communicative and honest about the entire process. Very polite and wore covers on his shoes when he walked through the door. I will definitely be going to Balanced Air for any future Heating and Cooling repair needs.

Highly recommend Balanced Air! Jeremy was able to come out just a few hours after I called on a very very cold day to look at the furnace. He showed me the issue and fixed it in all of about 15 minutes! Very reasonably priced and great service.
