Used 1800 Water Damage for our condominium's initial flood damage management, and specifically our reconstruction. Our reconstruction manager was Sid Sarin - he was highly communicative, transparent, and detail oriented. Team restored our home to better than brand new looking. Since he has experience in our building, he offered some upgrades/tips/recommendations/information about our building we would not have even known. Got us custom millwork for our baseboards, came by multiple times to make sure reconstruction appearance was excellent. Worked great with our insurer so we were able to be hands off with that aspect.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sid Sarin & his team. From Paul & team with the restoration to Fabricio & team with the remodeling, it has been professional all the way through. Sid was very communicative throughout the entire process. This was a major water/sewage event that affected the main floor of my home right at Christmas.
