Eric was amazing. Upon calling him, he immediately went into troubleshooting mode while I explained my issue. Even offering to FaceTime me so we can solve the problem. When that didn’t work, he came out immediately and took his time trying to get to the bottom of the issue we were having. Eric is truly a standup guy. His professionalism was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable of his craft, kind, on time, and very patient. I wish all service providers were like this. Thank you Eric. I 100% recommend.

I was having an issue with my GFCI outlet tripping. I called Eric and he was very responsive and came out the next morning. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. He takes great pride in his work and made sure to explain what was causing the problem. I look forward to having Eric come out in the near future to complete some additional work that is needed.
