Bobby, Jamie, Mike and their team were amazing. We had significant water damage and mold growth due to a leaky, poorly installed roof. After our roof was repaired, these guys did thorough yet efficient work to make sure mold was removed and the house looked brand new again. They worked with our schedule taking into consideration our son when getting the work done. His price is fair and really tries to make sure you’re getting a good deal with quality work. We’re so grateful to Keystone helping us get our home back!

We used Keystone Mitigation to clean up after an unfortunate roof leak in our bedroom. We were referred to them by our roofer, and we're so glad he recommended them! They came by to assess the space on a Tuesday, and were back on Thursday to cut out the damage and dry out the room. It was more involved than we thought, and included our ceiling, wall, and part of our wood floor. We had to wait a bit to get moving on the fix due to insurance, but as soon as we got the insurance go-ahead they jumped right back in to start the work. We unfortunately had a high deductable, but Keystone worked with us to stay within our remaining budget. The wood floor was patched, and we were concerned about how it would look, but it ended up looking incredible! If you didn't know it was patched, I don't think

We recently had a leak in our home and called Keystone Mitigation Services. It was late afternoon yet Bobby was at our house within the hour, calling in his team to complete the necessary mitigation into the evening! From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, friendly, and efficient. They quickly removed the water damaged materials, set up dehumidifiers, thoroughly dried everything out, and made sure the area was cleaned up before they left.
