Their new auto-pay entry/exit system is a mess. It failed to automatically end my parking session when I left the garage tonight. Thankfully scanning my pass at least let me out of the garage to be able to go home for the evening, but now I still have an open booking racking up charges on my account until their system (supposedly) will reset it in 24 to 48 hours. The customer service agent also told me that I should avoid using this garage tomorrow when I go to work in the morning because that might further mess up the system... so now not only am I being actively overcharged, I now can't even use the deck I park at to go to the office daily. They suggested I try to book a separate session in the app instead of using auto-pay, but the garage doesn't even show up in the "find parking" sea

Downtown parking price gouging at its finest! I’ve been parking here since January 2025 when the price was $6.50. The price went up once, maybe twice after the garage was sold to new owners around the summertime. The current posted sign says $7.50 per day and prior to this week they charged a 50 cent processing fee for the required online payment. This week that fee went up to $1.50 with no warning, so surprise! Now you’re actually paying $9 a day.

If you need to park overnight, try a different garage. My car got vandalized overnight and there are no cameras. Paying a little more at another garage with doors can be the safer bet.

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!! I had reserved parking through Spot Hero over a month ago. Upon arriving as I sat waiting to enter the garage there was no one at the entry point. There was no attendant supervising the cars entering the garage, no gate, no QR code to use....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to stop cars from entering that DIDN'T have a reservation. Once I was able to actually pull in, an attendant actually came out and I as well as the 2 cars in front of me and those behind me were told the garage was full and that I could try to park along the concrete wall on any level or I could go find another place/lot to park. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE since I reserved parking over a month prior and no other lots within a reasonable distance could be found with 67,000+ people attending the same event as I was

BE FOREWARNED THAT THE ELEVATOR IN THIS GARAGE IS FREQUENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL. It has been this way for years and the operators of this facility do not post anything to inform potential customers BEFORE they pay that the elevator is not actually working on any given day. The Google Maps label for this facility shows a wheelchair symbol indicating it is able to accommodate those with physical mobility issues but this is not an accurate indicator of how this garage operates. I was formerly a monthly patron of this garage prior to COVID and I know from personal conversations with the former owner/operator that the elevator in this facility is quite old and breaks down frequently. I also know from past experience that the elevator is not able to be repaired quickly or easily because the parts f
