1z2 Hardwood Floors was the most professional company I had worked with in a multitude of companies during the construction of our home. Juan (Rosas) responded to every text and phone call immediately and attentively since we were new to the process of installing floors. He walked us through the whole process and had genuine workers with great demeanors in our home. There was not a single issue, problem or complaint to say about the quality and dignity of this company and price! My family and I are planning on using them again for additional work.

I explained the color that I was looking for and went on vacation, came back and it was exactly what I pictured! The hardwood floor color was (and still is) flawless. They did a fenomenal job, a great experience from start to finish.

Juan and his crew came in ripped up our parcay floor, sanded, stained and refinished the existing oak underneath and we are amazed at how beautiful and efficient the experience was. The level of attention and detail is rare to see. There was no lapsed days and the job was done above and beyond our expectations at a fair value and honest service. Would recommend them to anyone for refinishing or new floor installation because they are true experts and the service was exceptional

1z2 refinished my hardwood floor. They replaced a section of the floor as well. Once in contact with Juan (Rosas), the owner , the job was done quickly. Their prices were competitive. Overall I was satisfied.....UNTIL the replaced boards started to settle, leaving the floor uneven. The replaced wood was in the middle of my room. It was very visible. I had called and spoken to Juan about repairing the settled wood. I have called and spoken to him FOUR times..yes, four times. Each time he says he will come by the end of the week. I arrange my schedule, sit & wait, but he never comes. Does this sound like a man/company that cares about a quality job or has any consideration for his customers?
