Absolutely awful experience in this garage. If you were in walking distance, I recommend you skip it all together. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle last night and needed to be close to the house of blues. I’m in line to pay and the genius in front of me did not have their QR code pulled up and instead of having that person back out to let other people go they had everyone else back out Because this fool couldn’t get Internet. So after waiting in line, once I had to wait for traffic to back out. Then go around and wait in line again which ultimately made me late Had to pass dozens of open spots because people are selfish and park large cars in compact parking making the spaces next to them unusable You need the only ticket you get to get back in through the doors to get your car. Was going downtown for dinner and just relax. I worked in the old BP building so I was familiar with the parking location. Was very central to all our walking. The only complaint is you couldn't enter the garage from Euclid, there was a scanner but didn't send to work for us.

We were able to get in and out easily. Parking price really isn’t that bad for the city. Having the spiral roadway in the middle makes exiting way easier lol

Great central location. Plenty of spots. Very reasonable if you use their app. Friendly attendants should you have problems.

18$ for 1hr+ is kind annoying. No price listed outside other than the first 20 min is $5
