25 N Lex Parking (Propark)

On August 30, 2025 at 11:48 am ET, I parked my vehicle in the garage and paid for 12 hours of parking. At about 5:24 pm ET, a parking attendant (my car takes video when someone approaches), placed a decal on my window and attached a cable to my front tire preventing me from using the vehicle. This was an unlawful action given I was permitted to park up to 11:48 pm ET. This is known as a “trespass to chattel” under state laws. When I arrived at the car at approximately 11 pm ET, I tried to use the online system to contest the parking assessment and have the cable removed. After several attempts of trying, both calls and on-line, I ended up paying the fee. I contested it the next day. To date, I have not received a reply or a credit back to my account.
