Do Not Park Here!!! They are predatory. They do not advertise how much it costs for parking. When we parked around 8pm and walked up to the pay machine, it told us that it would cost $15 until 3am. That was pretty hefty since we only needed parking for 30 min. So we immediately walked back to the car, but the parking attendant was already there writing us up!! We tried to tell him that we just arrived minutes ago, but now decide to park elsewhere because the fee was too steep. The attendant was like, “it doesn’t matter if you were here for 1 or 2 minutes, you have to pay.” He goes on to blackmail us, saying “You pay or get a ticket.” That’s honestly CRAZY. We had no choice to pay. Complete extortion.

Be careful about parking here. If you look up Unified Parking in Pasadena on Yelp, you will see many one-star reviews that state that they were given parking violation tickets even though they clearly displayed their parking receipts on their dash. Similar to many others who have fallen victim to Unified Parking's predatory practices, we came back from dinner to a parking violation ticket stating that "parking receipt not visible on dash" even though we paid for the full $15 all-day ticket and clearly displayed the receipt on the dash. They make it difficult for you to dispute the ticket as you have to send an appeal letter to their Denver address.

We arrived at the lot at 3:00 and no attendants were on duty. When we returned for our car, the attendants first claimed that we had paid less money to their machine than we actually had. When they admitted we had paid more, they then argued with us about the pricing rate which was not posted on any of their signs. They were not only unwilling to take any feedback on making a transparent sign for future customers, but they were hostile towards us when we explained our confusion. Much better places to park are available in Pasadena.

Charged $10 for parking there only for 10 minutes. Attendants were rude and blocked my car and wouldn't let me leave until they scammed me $10

I kinda deserved the ticket but they never reply back to my email and that says a lot about their customer service. Finding somewhere else to park I suggest the same to you folks!
