We used 31-W for a renovation and addition on our home on Lake Norman. From the very first call, our experience has been outstanding. We had several unplanned delays throughout construction, but our local manager Tim Gallant as well as the Regional Manager from TN, Kirk Jones provided continuous support to work with our schedule. And in the end, their crew did an outstanding job for us. 31-W does superior work at a great price and we highly recommend them.
Said they would send someone out to Lincolnton, NC for an estimate, and no one showed up. Called them 2 days later, and no answered.
