3:16 Exteriors

I worked with 3:16 exteriors to have siding put on my house. It was a very smooth and great experience. LaRon was quick to complete an estimate and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. The house looks great and I’m so happy with it! I included before and after pics to show off their work! I highly recommend them!!

Had my roof put on by Marshall Green and his company 3:16 Exteriors. The crew came all the way from Springfield that morning and were at my house bright and early to get the day started. The crew boss and her guys were very polite, fast, and efficient. Marshall was on the job site all day in case problems were to arise. Thankfully, everything went as it should. Clean up is always a worry for all customers. I have 3 children that love to run around the house bare foot. The whole crew went over the site twice, if not more picking up debre and the one thing home owners including me worry about the most. "NAILS" This crew left nothing unturned. Absolutely love my new roof. After the storm destroyed it I got a lot of really high quotes from people just trying to take advantage of the situation, but Marshall did me right. He worked with the insurance company to make sure my roof was completely paid for, because Allstate really really sucks I found out. When it comes time to put the new siding on next spring I know who I'm going to call. The roof being done in one day was awesome. Really didn't interrupt our lives at all.

Recently hired 3:16 for installing 258ft of gutter guards. Marshall was great to work with. Estimate was very reasonable. His crew showed up on time as promised. After short introductions, they went right to work and knocked the job out. All my questions were answered along the way. Highly recommend 👌

Marshall and staff were very helpful when I was trying to choose a color. The installers were the best I have ever experienced on any job site. No nails or trash left - only a fabulous roof. I’m so very pleased. 😄
