I have had plumbing and electrical work done through them on a house I bought and they have been great! Chris Payne has been awesome on the plumbing work that has turned into a bigger job than expected. I recommend him to everyone-friendly, professional, hard working and knowledgable! I also had Tim Farrow out for electrical work that needed knowledge and navigation of an older house and he did a great job as well. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had Dustin from 409 Group come out to work on the heater in our office trailer, and he was absolutely fantastic! He actually serviced our unit once before when he was with a different company, and we liked him so much that we requested him specifically this time, even though he’s no longer with the same company. Just like the first time, he did an excellent job. Dustin quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC unit, got our heat back up and running, and was professional, friendly, and thorough the entire time. I have had issues with my ac unit on and off that was purchased from another company. There is a “historic ice” storm about to make its appearance within mere hours and I am without heat! I made an emergency appt with 409 Group and as i opened the door to Dustin, my angel technician, he was just beyond wonderful from second 1! He is actually splendid!! He wasn’t in a hurry but yet he was fast to do his work. He made sure the unit was safe (he explained the issues and with heat…) and he even checked my smoke detectors to make sure they would detect carbon monoxide!
