Had a quote from another company nearly twice as much. The lady there at the office (not good at names) was very attentive and accomodating. When the plumbing tech Omar showed up this old marine vet was very pleased. I was going to jump in and help if needed but Omar told me " I got it! Just back and relax! What a great experience when the whole Lil John's team is locked in together. From start to finish I listened and watched closely (sniffing out the slipups) and it is rare a customer gets the full package treatment. I really can't say enough about the service, price, and the extra little bit of making the customer happy. EVERYONE ELSE OUT THERE! CALL LIL JOHNS PLUMBING NOW! Im proof this company will make you happy!

I called on Wednesday and they were able to schedule me Thursday morning. The Young man was polite and friendly. He got right to the job. Took pictures, explained what he was going to do and got right to work. He was done in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use this company again. I was referred to Lil John’s by Jay Keith at the Community Retirement Home.

Emma in the office was great and communicated with me well to keep me informed of when John was showing up and connecting with him if he has any questions. Probably one of the easiest Plumbers I have worked with so far.
