Hands down the best repairman I have ever used

I had called Mr Bert to look at my dryer that was not heating. He came out and found out it was not my dryer but the plug and electrical box in the apartment I just moved into was not wired correctly. He was so kind as to speak to the office and inform them of the problem that needs fixed. He was very kind and friendly and extra helpful even gave his opinion on the AC that was not working right. Will Call him for my needs and recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mr Bert.

Most appliances i purchased lasted for many years.Last washer i purchased lasted 9 months,I called to get my washer repaired.He came out and said it needed two parts and will be back.Weekend passes by and doesn’t show up.I called and text and no response or call back.Nice,kind man but can’t give any farther business with a no call,no show to fix my appliance.

Very kind and helpful gentleman. Had a problem with my older dryer and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. Thank u Mr. Bert.
