They always work quickly and efficiently. They send a text with the names of the Technicians, the truck info, contact info and even a live tracking system when they’re on their way so you know exactly when they’ll arrive. Their reliability is unmatched. I would highly recommend having Rutty & Morris come out for any of your A/C & heating needs! The open communication is really top notch! Rutty & Morris recently installed a brand-new heating and A/C system for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Tristan shows up, it’s a mess. Heater doesn’t work. He told me back in March but I wasn’t having it cause summer was on the way. Novembers here and guess who forgot a heating kit was recommended back in March. This guy (pointing to myself). Tristan shows up, top 3 buttons unbutton so I know he means business. Tristan is familiar with my set up, 2 years running now, but this time, it’s giving him a challenge. He’s unwavering, always going above and beyond to make sure our household is ready for whatever nature throws our way. I’m not really sure about other local companies because once I found R&M I’ve stuck with them. These guys are the best technicians! I’m never sketch about having them in my house. Some of the nicest guys you’ll find and they know their trade! Top notch. 10/10 they handle my company and residential ac work
