50Floor: Cincinnati Carpet, Wood and Flooring Installation

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with from start to finish. During installation, the installers damaged a piece of flooring on their final day as they were leaving and attempted to replace it by cutting out the section in the middle of our entryway. They removed the groove to fit the new piece and glued it down. Now, every time someone walks across it, the board creaks and lifts. All of our transition strips are also coming loose- one even caused our two year old to trip, snapping a piece that cut him in the chest. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Despite being assured that all baseboards would be removed before install, the installers did not do so. As a result, the floors look unfinished, with visible gaps between the

Good sales experience (especially with Cora), but the installation had multiple noticeable defects and the post-install customer service was slow and unhelpful. After disputing the charge with the bank I finally got the work finished, but small issues remain — including unfinished molding inside the fridge cavity I reported 14 days ago and am still waiting on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team did a wonderful job installing my luxury vinyl plank flooring—everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The quality of the work is excellent, the attention to detail really shows, and the entire project was completed in a short amount of time without feeling rushed. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality flooring installation.

Steve and the team at 50 Floor were absolutely fantastic! They recently helped my mother replace her floors with a new luxury laminate, and the entire experience couldn’t have gone smoother. They were incredibly patient throughout the process, walking her through every step, answering all her questions, and making sure she felt completely comfortable with her purchase. Even though I don’t live in the Cincinnati area, they went out of their way to include me, keep me informed, and make sure I felt confident that she was in good hands. The installation was flawless, the floors look beautiful, and everything has been perfect since day one. I truly appreciate Steve and everyone at 50 Floor for taking such great care of my mom. Highly recommend!
