800 Summit Parking

The lot is in terrible condition and if it snows good luck…. Last summer tons of cars were broken into…. I kept parking here anyway, however I recently went to pay a ticket as I forgot to pay and found that they had ticketed me another day and decided to double the cost due to a late fee. I never received a ticket, but since I did forget to pay that day I suggested I pay them the typical $25 fee — they refused (they wanted $50), just terrible customer service by ABM and staffed with people that lack critical thinking (I was literally trying to pay them money!!!!!)…. Just treating their customers like criminals

Swiped credit card,but did not receive a paper ticket/receipt. According to the sign,it says something about scanning the ticket to leave. It leaves me thinking that if I don't contact anyone before I leave,that my c.c. will be charged indefinitely!(Worst case scenario #1).

Went here for browns game gotta get there early easy in and out and great crowd tailgate with alot of interaction between fan home and away.

$6 all day parking and 7 minute walk for jury duty. Adjacent lot is $5 all day or $4 early bird.

Great parking place, walking distance to downtown Cleveland.
