I was looking for a repair on my gas stove as one of the burners didn’t work anymore. After calling A-1, the issue was diagnosed over the phone and the part was ordered. I was given an up front quote on parts and labor, and it was incredibly reasonable. The day after the part arrived, my stove was fixed, and even though it ended up taking longer than expected for the repair itself, the original quote was honored and my stove works great. Incredibly knowledgeable, on time, and honest. I would use A-1 for all my appliance needs!

I was very happy with the service JD provided to repair our refrigerator. He clearly had a lot of knowledge about the typical failure points for my refrigerator and how to repair it. Due to an issue with the parts required for our repair (which were the fault of the parts supplier) he had to make multiple trips to our house and did so without additional charges. He was always very friendly, made sure to explain what he was doing and how much it would cost, and used protective equipment to avoid damage to the flooring. I highly recommend A-1 for your appliance repair needs.
