A great service and best team! They were communicative throughout the whole process, post booking, booking reminders and day of service, the technician (Chris) reached out to me in advance, he was able to arrive 30 minutes earlier than schedule. I explained what I was experiencing with my dryer, he asked a few questions and located the vent outlet, both him and his teammate were a delight to work with. He cleared and inspected inside the unit as well. Chris delivered results within 35 minutes, while climbing on a ladder during a horrible humid day with a smile on his face! Jeremy and Eric provided excellent service. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
