From the start, Matt was incredibly professional and well-prepared with all the necessary parts after I requested high-cycle springs. However, I realized I hadn't mentioned that our door was oversized. Instead of just using the parts he brought, which would have sufficed but were on the upper range for weight, he made the extra effort to return to the supply co and get new springs specifically suited for our door's size and weight.
