A-1 Lock & Key

It's hard to find spectacular customer service post COVID but A-1 still does it the right way. I got a call back right away despite being Christmas Eve, and although they didn't have any techs in the area he was gracious to walk me through some options. What's more is that he followed up later to make sure everything was alright. I will definitely recommend A-1 to anyone who needs their services.

Highly recommend Charlie and Josh got me right, good communication and very fast and fairly cheap given mine and there circumstances. They also set me up nice so I won’t be in that situation again. If I was in the same predicament I would go back. Very professional and experienced too.

Highly recommend A-1 Lock & Key! I first spoke with Josh when I called in who, though I didn't expect fast service, assured me that someone would be out within the hour (I'm 20 minutes outside of Fergus). Charlie arrived promptly and was very helpful and quickly resolved my lockout. He also made spare keys onsite. Everyone was friendly and professional! I hope to not need them again in the future, but will definitely call these guys if so! Thanks for your excellent service!

Not only is Charlie and excellent locksmith, he's an excellent person. He is responsive, honest, hard working, and knows his trade incredibly well. I was very happy with the service Charlie and A1 provided!

Our vehicle had a key and ignition issue and they were great at getting it resolved. I think they went above and beyond and resolved our issue in a timely manner. The price was good. They were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend.
