Scott did a great job on a handful of relatively small electrical projects at our home. He was quick, efficient, and professional. I appreciated that he took the extra time to talk through what I wanted done, then went over it with me after he finished the work. His attention to detail is also something not seen much these days. It is easy to tell that customer service is especially important to Scott. When I was calling around for estimates, he had returned my call within the day. He even came out that same day and sent me the estimate by the next day. Scott had found an issue when he was prepping for the installation of our ground wire. It was not anything that he had done but it did affect the area that he was working at. Because of the problem, he was unable to finish the project until the issue was resolved. Scott worked with us to figure out the best way of fixing the problem and even came back another day to finish up the work he had to do. It is wonderful to find someone with so much commitment to the customer. Thank you Scott!

We recently purchased an older house. We had Scott come over to evaluate the electrical system and give us recommendations. He switched out all outlets, repaired some light switches, installed ceiling fans and replaced our doorbell. Scott was prompt, courteous and professional the whole time.
