This is a great small town business that will treat you right in every way. I called at 8AM with broken down furnace and they were at my house in 20 minutes. I'm sure that they didn't charge me for all the time that they spent on the repairs. Joe and his co-worker did an awesome job! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. :^) Last year, I should have also posted a review for John's Heating & Air Conditioning. They repaired a leak in my A/C condenser, recharged and inspected it for under $400. One of the big name franchises did the initial inspection and told me that I needed a new A/C and furnace for $18000. They said that my current A/C could not be repaired or recharged because it originally used the old style refrigerant. John's put in the appropriate updated refrigerant and

I contacted John's heating and ac to look at furnace randomly not starting right away, the guys that came out figured out the issue right away and had the new part in by the next day and got it fixed, they made sure everything was working until able to get the new part. I would say very reasonable pricing, the techs that came out were great and very knowledgeable honest and straightforward I would highly recommend them.

I wish you guys would make an appointment instead of calling upon arrival with no notice. This summer has been frustrating, we are going to have to go with a different company. It's sad, because I've only had good experiences with the techs.

5 Star service for sure! My moms furnace quit working and they made sure to get over there same day(were actually there within 2 hours!) She said the guys were very professional and helpful. The lady I spoke with on the phone to get this scheduled was amazing and went above & beyond. Will definitely call them again if needed. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! You can tell they care about their customers. The receptionist was exceptional and made me feel like family! The technician named Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me understand my system better and explained the simple maintenance I could do myself. Highly recommend!
