Pro Floor & Tile

I Love all my new flooring!! Staci was so helpful and patient with me as I could not decide what flooring to go with for my kitchen, dining and entryways. Tyler and his employee showed up and had all my flooring done in a couple days! They went above and beyond and stretched the carpet that butted up to the new flooring! I was very pleased with their work I decided to replace the flooring in our 2 bathrooms. I talked to Staci and she had flooring they were clearancing out for small areas. I gave her the sq footage of the bathrooms, went in and found 2 kinds of flooring that there was enough of to get the job done. Excellent workmanship, I would highly recommend Pro Floor & Tile!

From the minute we walked into Pro Floor I knew we were in the right place. I immediately felt seen and heard by Staci & Tyler and was guided through the store with positivity and competence. They never appeared tired of me coming in with new ideas and mind changes assuring me that my ideas were valid & important. They truly wanted the best for us. Tyler was super supportive and creative in using some tiles I had purchased in Portugal making sure we could use them in our space. As with any big project, showers, tile flooring, carpet, kitchen tile there are bound to be some glitches. Staci & Tyler stood behind every little issue to make sure it was right in the end. What a positive experience to work with Pro Floor. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were made right and I am such a satisfied customer. From the day I first met Staci she was 100% on board to help us find a workable solution for our staircase which had been quite troublesome and problematic for my husband and I. Her assistance and expertise was much needed and appreciated! Tia, was a sweetheart and always so pleasant and helpful with questions I had. Tyler, through hard work and meticulous craftsmanship, turned the staircase into an absolutely beautiful focal point in our living room. We are so happy with the results!!! Tyler also installed the backsplash in our kitchen, the last part to be completed for our kitchen remodel. I so appreciated his input on the grout color and we are very pleased with the results as well as the experience and expertise he brought to both of these projects.

Staci, Tyler, and the rest of the crew at Pro Floor and Tile exceeded my expectations by a mile. From day 1 they were attentive and offered great service. They checked with me every step of the way to make sure that my vision for my home became a reality. The results were nothing short of stunning and made my house feel like a whole new home. They were honest about pricing and the final bill came in $1,000 under the quote they gave me. On top of this, they lifted and re-sealed sinks and toilets which saved me a ton of money and headache. I will for sure recommend them to anyone I run into in the future who is thinking about getting new flooring.
