Had to have Stream Brothers come back a second time to re-clean the entire carpet in my apartment. Walked them through my unit, pointed out all the edging everywhere was black. carpeting is off White. Even after pointing this out to them, they still didn’t focus on it if they did very minimally. Two men were in and out of my unit and less than an hour. One man stood there most of the time I will never hire them again. I reclean the carpet myself with a rug doctor came out looking better than what they did. 100% better.

They were there when I needed them way faster than I expected and when I got the bill I was very happy-I expected more but they took care of me and got it done quickly and professionally-for a great price!
