Kelley Plumbing and Heating (and Cooling!) is our go to for us! Jim Kelley has been awesome for our home, outbuildings and my business. They are masters at bringing old systems up to date, reliable and efficient. For the last 25 years we always know who to call for any plumbing, heating or cooling issues. Highly recommended.

Beware upcharged 97.48 on furnace control board. Charged $216 to install. Won’t negotiate

Had a part go out on our furnace, it's cold and blizzarding out. I hunted around after work for this part no other place had it. I pulled up to Kelley and the closed sign was up.. I'm thinking great.. then the Kelley truck pulls into the lot, I hop out ask of they closed for the day i just need a sensor. Jim says, "yeah I sent the secretary home due to weather". But come on in let's see if we have your part. Yes, yes he did and it was a very reasonable rate. Outstanding hospitality and service.

My parents, Tom and Kindra Hayson, have called Kelly's Plumbing and Heating two different times over a couple of years. The most recent was this past Wednesday morning, April 10th, to fix a leak in their basement. They were told that they "might" be able to get to them yet that day otherwise they would be there the next day. My parents have waited around for 2 1/2 days and there has been absolutely no phone calls nor anyone from Kelly's Plumbing that has bothered to show up!! This is the most unprofessional, least courteous way to do business in a small town that I can imagine. The worst part is that they did this very same thing a couple of years ago and my parents, did finally get their work did and gave them another chance to "do right." My parents are 83 and 78. They still trust that
