General Rooter of Southern MN - Sewer & Drain Cleaning

General Rooter I will say thank you They worked with my home serve insurance, which I did think was going to be a nightmare to begin with but they did ease my mind and Save the Day I had a sewer line backing up due to offsets and roots and they immediately came out same day also ensured that my line was cleaned out partially so that we could have partial flow and immediately ensured that a Jetter would be out to clean the rest of my line which they did come out as soon as possible and I do appreciate it. They will be my number one go to people now and in the future. You guys Rock!!!!!!!!

I've never left a review of a place that wasn't a restaurant, but this place has me aggravated, and annoyed, I used this company's service through homeserve, not by choice, but after my experience I requested to never have this company used for my house, the guy called to set up a date to come to my house I specifically asked for Monday cause it was a early day for me and my wife was off, he didn't show and proceeded to say we scheduled it for Tuesday, whatever I couldnt be there so I had to leave my house unlocked for him to do the service, i proceed to get a call saying he couldnt send a camera down my clean out to see where the broken sewer pipe was, and I needed to bust apart my basement floor and replace some pipes to do be able to get the camera down there. Need less to say I called

I loved the service these guys have to offer, they showed up and got done very quickly, they were nice to talk to after they were done they cleaned up extremely well and replaced all the towels that we used to wipe up. 10/10 would recommend

What an amazing company to work with. They showed up when expected. Aryn came to Albert Lea and fixed us up in no time. I have 4 small kids who were home and he was so kind to them as well as myself. A+ service. Will most definitely call again if needed. Highly recommend
