It’s never a good sign when you are adjusting the temperature in your shower with a single handle and it comes off in your hand. The bathroom in our 110 year old house was “updated” in the 1950’s. A 7am call to AA Plumbing and Heating was answered with a visit by 8am the same day. A tireless search by Maddy for a replacement part resulted in a cost effective solution to what could have been a much more expensive replacement unit. A recent install of a new faucet made for a perfect match! The entire AA Plumbing team is courteous, patient, and knowledgeable of all things related to plumbing and heating. Their professional service is one I would recommend to anyone.

The owner Marty is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal. I wouldn’t even give him a 1 Star that’s how terrible and dishonest this man and his company is. I’ve been holding out on rating the company thinking that I still give him a chance after he disrespected me the first time but now he has taken disrespect and dishonesty to a new level. Marty and his new team installed a brand now electrical hot water heater and ran a new electrical outlet for the connectivity to electricity and the tank. It hasn’t even been a whole 3 months and the hot water stopped working. I told him if it was possible to come in the evening or on the weekend as they were the ones who installed it and perhaps they can see if it was a malfunction or a short circuit.
