Roy was referred to us by a neighbor who used him for a basement remodel. From our first inquiry, Roy was prompt in responding and came for a consult the next day. His crew works one job at a time, so it gave us time to gather materials. They started when they said they would, arrived promptly every morning, & cleaned up at the end of the day. The only delays were due to material shipping delays. Roy was responsive to requests, kept us informed gave great advice and options and helped us to make our vision a reality. We are SO pleased with the final product & would recommend his team. We will be using him again for future projects.

Roy and his company is 5 star service! Great experience and couldn’t be happier with our basement. His team took it from a storage space to a whole new living space for our family. Roy provided constant communication on our project. His team showed up and worked hard everyday to ensure the job was done right and on time. My 1st home renovation project (pretty much entire house) as an architect wouldn’t have been possible without Roy and his excellent crews (Louis, Kevin, Fernando & Herman). Roy performed amazing on not only what the drawings indicate but also very proprietary and responsive when surprise problems arise while contructing. As some other reviewers had already mentioned, he is very honest on cost & constructibility and has very fast pace with excellect craftmanship. What an amazing experience! I chose Roy Construction over 5 other contractors for my basement remodel based on overall price and the fact that the owner Roy seemed like the most honest person out of the bunch. It was a great decision! From start to finish, Roy and his team were professional, courteous and fantastic to work with. The finished product is better than I imagined and I was so pleased with the basement project, I ended up hiring them for my kitchen remodel. Overall, Roy is outstanding. He stayed within budget and finished ahead of schedule. He answered all my questions pretty much any time and day (even late nights and sundays) and his communication throughout the process was amazing! I would highly recommend them 10 out of 10 times. I couldn’t be happier!

We want to thank Roy and his crew for an excellent job!!!! They are all very friendly. They remodeled our Family Room and our 1/2 bath. We could not be happier when it was finished. They are very detail oriented and very professional!!! As far as pricing goes they are very fair. Roy picks up everything you ordered and takes away everything they removed from the project. We will definitely call Roy if we have more work to be done.
