Free-Flo Plumbing Sewer-Drain

I recently had an excellent experience with Free-Flo. Steve was very thorough, spending a lot of time diagnosing the issue and devising the simplest and least disruptive solution, even on a holiday weekend. He used a camera to inspect the pipes before going in, which was impressive. When it came time to fix the problem, the work was completed efficiently and left the area neat and tidy. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Free-Flo for anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing services.

Steve was incredibly responsive and thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem with our Kohler kitchen sink faucet. He had to make three separate visits: the first to identify the problem and help us order the parts we needed from Kohler, the second to replace the part (only to find out that another part was needed/not included in the kit Kohler said we needed) and the final trip to finish installing the correct parts. He was extremely accommodating and worked with our schedule/availability. I would highly recommend Free-Flo and Steve for all you plumbing needs. We are extremely happy with his work.

My experience: I am completely satisfied with Free-Flo Plumbing! From my call to the office to the final check of the work, the Free-Flo staff are absolute professionals. Anne noted and checked all the necessary information for the repair visit, and scheduled the repair visit. Shortly, Steve called confirming the visit. He arrived later in the day, and started the repair immediately. He cleared the sewer line in less than an hour.
