We had an excellent experience working with Sebastian and Jose. They were quick and efficient in response to our call. They came to our house twice before starting the project to make sure they were prepared for all aspects of the project. They were very professional, prompt, and reliable. They did excellent work resurfacing our entire large front porch foundation and steps as well as rejointing all bluestone on the porch surface. They repaired our stone pillars and went the extra step to stabilize a metal railing and other small fixes. They worked neatly, took great care with our property, and finished the job within the promised time frame.

I had an awesome experience with Jose's Masonry to extend my existing front stoop 18" more off the house, replace/widen my front steps (11 foot wide), and replace the serpentine walkway with bluestone. I left a message with Jose requesting a quote and he called back that night, which was great. Jose's son Sebastian came the next day to give me a quote and was very knowledgeable. Sebastian brought up more information/details than all of the other quotes I got combined. The price was fair, and the quote was detailed and broken down very well. The main reason I picked Jose's Masonry was they were the only contractor who mentioned the existing footing may need to be replaced and gave a cost for that work if necessary. The other quotes either said the existing footing is fine or didn't me

When it was time to update my cement patio and all the broken concrete around my house, I called Jose. He had done work for me in the past and I was very satisfied. Jose knew exactly what I wanted and did a beautiful job. He and his crew were on time every day and worked through the heat all day. They finished what I thought would be a 10 day job in five days. Jose, Sebastian and team stood out right from the start when they came to give us a quote. Just for the quote they took the time to understand our needs, measure eveything out correctly and even made suggestions we didn’t know we needed to make our modifications upto code.
