We have used A-Able at our office and at our home and have always had good quality work done. Would recommend for commercial or residential plumbing.

I shopped at Rocking R HW/Ace today on Rt. 42 in Harrisonburg. Their entrance was clearly marked that masks were required to enter. All in store were abiding EXCEPT 2 men with A-Able T-shirts on (truck in parking lot). I asked clerk if masks required. She said ‘yes, but we can’t enforce’. Called Able to speak with owner, only got answering service. Asked they relay my experience, and that I would never use Able due to this blatant disregard/disrespect for others, and that I would publicly share my experience. Just think, even if these guys wore a mask into your home, they didn’t wear them elsewhere.

Great, very professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly staff! We had a plumbing emergency overnight, I left a message, and they were quick to respond and got it fixed first thing in the morning. Excellent work! Thanks for the quick reply!

I had a problem with my well pump and I called them after they opened was told they would try to get to me the same day but wasn't guaranteed same day but they contacted me early afternoon and had my problem fixed same day. Great service
