These people are great to work with, always come when you need them and they do a outstanding work.

I have used AQS for almost 10 years. Something has clearly changed in the last year. We will not be doing business with them again after my last experience. Our hot water heater is part of the HVAC unit and AQS has serviced it a few times in the past. We lost hot water because the igniter they installed a few years ago stopped working. I get it things break and stop working. They refused to replace it. Like I expect to pay for them to replace it, but they refused to even do the same job they did a few years ago. They are effectively refusing to service my HVAC system, which is interesting since they have been for the last 10 years.

We have used Air Quality several times in the past and I have scheduled twice on line, followed up with calls to the office and they did not show either time nor initiate any communications. Two stars because of past good experiences but I guess it is time to move on to someone who wants the work
