I could not be happier with the recent service provided by Custom Air Solutions! At every level within the business, my experience has been positive! Each person has been knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful! And I’m most appreciative of their willingness to devise a solution to my issue that took a little extra time but turned out perfectly! Good service with pretty quick scheduling to accommodate some time limitations on my side. Jacob came out to service a 20+ year old heat pump struggling to keep up with the cold weather. He found a wire had come off so half of the aux heat was unpowered. He ensured the rest of the system was functioning properly to do the best it could to get through the rest of winter. Jacob answered all the random questions I had about the system and then took measurements, notes and pictures to provide a cost estimate for a replacement system. Of note, the company ONLY installs Trane manufactured systems (includes American Standard and RunTru) so I expect three price points from which to choose.

Custom Air was able to get me scheduled the week my furnace went out. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot. He was courteous and professional.

I had a wonderful experience with Custom Air Solutions! They were very personable, and thorough when they checked my air conditioning and heating system. The communication was excellent, and I highly recommend them!

Ryan Morris, from Custom Air Solutions came to clean our furnace today. He had to figure out some issues with the furnace, we have not used it so far this year, it was in dire need of cleaning. Ryan did a great job, knows furnaces, had to leave and come back to get a new filter, cleaned up spectacularly when he finished. He talked about the care our furnace needs,(cleaned every year) and was off. We will definitely be using Custom Air Solutions from now on.
