Very unhappy for what I paid. They even had a Supervisor come out to evaluate my yard and agreed it wasn't up to par and said they would make it right. Yard still looks bad and would not recommend people that are looking for a nice yard to use Tru Green
Titus Myers was very polite and professional. He took the time to soeak about my lawn and answer any wuesyions i had for him. Glad hebis my technician!
Service was excellent. Communication with Mrs Smith was excellent.update 6/13: very impressed with today's visit. Expensive but the wife is getting the lawn she always wanted. Update 6/14 lawn serviced yesterday. Satisfactory 7/23 lawn serviced while we were gone. Update 8/4: trees and shrubs serviced today. Update 9/2: monthly lawn service this morning. Update 10/20: monthly service this morning.update 3/26: canceled service. Did not think the return justified the price.
