We have used this service multiple times over the past three years and I will say that they do an excellent job! My family and I enjoy the way they make the beds and clean our bathrooms the most. They are always on time and you can always rely on a consistently good job. The price doesn’t hurt either! The company owner Katrina came personally once to clean our home and she was very friendly and detailed. We never thought about getting our baseboards cleaned until we hired them.

A Brite Touch cleaned my house from top to bottom and did a fabulous job! They even moved my refrigerator and washer & dryer to clean behind them. Who does that??? My husband and I were totally impressed. Underscored by friendly staff. I have requested regular service from them. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service!

Absolutely incredible crew & makes my home sparkle every time they come by. I've seen the (1) negative review left by another customer of A Brite Touch, and I hope that no one really gives that any attention. The crew (usually between 3-4 ladies, sometimes even the owner, Katrina, herself) does an OUTSTANDING job with cleaning every crevice of my home. We're on a bi-weekly schedule (every 2 weeks, Wednesdays), and I look more forward to those days than I do any holiday (!!). I'm sent a text message a few days before they're due to come to my home reminding me of the day they are to arrive, and asking if that is still OK-- which I appreciate (EVEN THOUGH I WILL NEVER SAY NO!!! Even if we're on vacation- I want them in to put their special touch on my home!!). We're on the early morning

Theft. After several years of trying to work with Katrina and her girls at A Brite Touch, I am dissapointed to leave this review. My fiance went to bed on Sunday night and played his Nintendo Switch before lights out. This is even reflected on his Account activity. Monday morning before we were out of bed, the doorbell rang. The girls were there at 8am to clean the house. By the time they left, his Switch was gone. We called Katrina and opened up our house, welcoming them to search. We searched for days, with no success. We finally had to file a police report. Katrina's only response was, "My girls have no motive to steal". She came to our house and searched herself, further confirming it was gone. Katrina told us to go ahead and file a police report and provide her with the num

I can not say enough good things about A Brite Touch! They were fantastic. Very detail orientedaand professional. Our office is the cleanest it has been since we moved in! We will certainly be going back to A Brite Touch.
