A Cleaner Carpet

This morning I woke up to puke on my carpet, thanks to my adorable new pup. I reached out to another company that also had 5 stars in the texarkana area and they never responded, at least not yet. I called this company and Russell answered and I explained said situation, as embarrassing as it was. I told him I had cleaned it up to the best of my ability and I needed my carpets cleaned anyway. He asked when I needed it done, told me a good home cleaner after I mentioned I haven’t had carpet in years so I had zero carpet cleaners, and we scheduled for a few hours later today. He was in and out in an hour. My floors look amazing. He wasn’t bothered by the puke, he was very straightforward and factual and provided great information to me. The carpet in our office has to be at least 25 yrs old and they made the carpet fibers stand up some! They were very professional and got a solvent to remove the OLD paint splatters!!! Highly recommend

I called them on short notice and they made time for me even though they were booked for the day.And they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them
