Great customer service! Was a little concerned about the limbs on my pine tree, so I made an appt for an estimate two days before a snow storm, tree was pruned the day after the estimate. Everything worked out prior to the storm and I am happy with the results!

I had a huge maple tree hanging over my house in Milford and they did an amazing job removing it! Very easy to get in contact with, great price, the crew arrived early and got to work right away. They were very careful and thorough when removing such a large tree right over my house. They cleaned up all the debris very thoroughly, leaving the space cleaner than before and even helped me with trimming a few branches on a small side tree. I highly recommend them!

James & his crew are fantastic- I wish I could give A Cut Above more than 5 stars! Great work at a very fair price.And the clean up was beyond our expectations! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We had downed trees from recent storms and wanted to have other trees that were close to the house removed, 10 in all. Our house is on a ledge & most of the trees were not accessable with a bucket truck. What was a solid “no” from other companies (or priced at double) was “no problem” for James & his team! James knows trees, he and his crew are professional and friendly. Look no further if you need tree work!

We hired James Stevens' A Cut Above Tree Service when a tornado knocked over numerous trees in our yard. They came shortly after we spoke to them. There were three 100 foot trees that fell in our yard, two hitting our house and several 50+ foot trees on the side and back of our house. They cleared up all of the trees and brush, and used a stump grinder on several large stumps that were sticking up. They also cut up several downed trees that were in our woods and pushed them back so they weren't noticeable. Despite having so many trees knocked down during the storm, they were able to clean up our yard quickly. They were very thorough with the job and gave us great prices. We highly recommend them. They did an excellent job!
