We have been customers of Tamaro Oil for over 30 years. We switched when they rescued us from a frigid winter night with no heat when my children were babies, and the company we had ignored our calls. Pete, Dave and their team are unmatched in terms of quality service and customer care. Pete is beyond friendly, honest, and knowledgeable and truly cares about his community and customers. He treats you like family. Anytime we have called for emergency service, they have responded and have had a technician out within 30-60 minutes even in the middle of the night or on the weekend. This is one stellar 5 star, multi generational family run business and they just don’t come better than this! We feel blessed to be their customers, and we will be customers for life! We switched to Tamaro oil a few years ago because their delivery rates were MUCH more competitive than our previous company. The owner Pete is a genuinely nice, informative and knowledgeable person. Recently our furnace stopped working on a cold winter day; Pete called us back immediately, a technician was at our house within 30 minutes and had cleaned and serviced the furnace within 45 minutes. Happy to support this local family owned business!

Pete and the entire team are the best! They helped my husband and me with a property we owned in Bethany and were always responsive and informative. We had a scheduled delivery for the following week, but they came out early to fill our tank before a big storm and cold snap. It was a nice surprise, and just one example of their professionalism. Highly recommend!

We have been customers of Tamaro Oil for over 25 years and would never think of changing oil companies because of their consistently impressive customer service, year after year. I like that they are a family run business. Their employees have been with them for 20+ yrs, and are courteous and always leave the furnace area spotless. They clean our furnace annually which prevents a lot of problems occurring in the dead of winter. If we ever do need them for any reason, they are extremely prompt and try to come ASAP, which is usually within 15-30 min. Never fear, they won’t “leave you out in the cold!”

I switched to Tamaro from Apple to get taken care of by Dave. I was thinking of switching to gas until I saw a clip of him explaining how much fast heat there is in oil that you can't from a gas hot water tank. It's also amazing how robust oil equipment is... Dave seems to be able to fix any problem by cleaning or changing one of just 3-4 parts. Highly recommended!
