I am the pastor of a small congregation. One of our members is the tenant in one of the buildings that CT PEST ELIMINATION services. I am sharing her feedback first. AJ is punctual, patient, and kind. Our tenant has mobility issues, and once he arrives, she is unable to move quickly to give him access to the building. She mentioned how helpful and respectful he's been by assisting her up and down the stairs. She appreciates and recognizes that his sincerity is genuine. Here is my feedback. We are on a rotation for scheduled visits once a month, and AJ gives me a courtesy call whenever he is ready to start his job to ensure our tenant or deacon is available to provide him access to the inside of the church and/or apartment. I used their service for multiple issues. Price was reasonable. Reason for the review is the amazing job, problem solving, and effort put forth by one of their employees Jonathan F. He stayed on top of the issues more than any service provider I have worked with and he was pleasant and positive the entire time. He is an asset to the company. I would recommend him to anyone.
