From calling and speaking with a representative To the moment the technicians walked out of my door. Carrol was helpful, informative and reassured me that her company is the best at what they do. I received step-by-step text messages in regards to when the technicians would arrive and that they would call before arrival. I had a same-day appointment for an emergency diagnostic check tankless water heater issue. Technicians Carl and Joe arrived on time, With proper equipment, polite, professional and walked me through the first few steps. Soon after they walked me through their findings and gave a solution that was fixable same day. They worked quickly and efficiently.

We were fortunate enough to have Connection recommended to us. We have used their services twice. One for a broken pipe and another for a no heat emergency. Both situations were handled great. Great service! After having bad experiences with 4 previous plumbing companies, I was fortunate to find Carl at Connection Plumbing to do some major in-wall plumbing work in my building. I have some plumbing skills myself, so I know good plumbing work when I see it. That's what you get from Carl- a job done right the first time, at a reasonable price. Enough said.
