Excellent customer service! I called them 3 times for the last few years to clean up my septic tank and they did an excellent job! Reliable and very reasonable.

A&K showed up as promised but I had no idea where my septic cover was but the guy Preston found it quick and got right to work in less than an he they dug cover up pumped and had my yard looking like they were nvr there .i highly recommend them for any of your septic needs

If there were six stars, I'd rate A&K that way. I have contracted with them for several services, initially just pumping my septic. They made a few small repairs to make it easier to pump and that was that. Always prompt, always neat and tidy too. Then I bought a new place and needed a lot of additional work, as in putting in a new septic, demolishing an existing home, and excavating for my new home. All I can say is this company gets straight A's from me, and I am a tough grader. A lot of things can go wrong when you are doing that kind of work, and some things did because you cannot predict what might happen. But at every turn, they were there with a workable solution. They are the best (and I've had private sewer here and in another home for 31 years).

Excellent, prompt and courteous services. They do it all and do it really well. I've used them a number of times and will continue to do so and highly recommend them.
