I am a leaving a 5 star review for Pedro’s and Anderson. Working with both of them was extremely easy. They were there helping me every step of the way. They came to do my roof and finished it in one day, they worked fast and they had many hand on deck to help in clean up. I have a German shepherd and two old boys so I was concerned about having debris in the yard from the removal of my old roof. I did not have to worry because my yard was very clean after the work was done. I would highly recommend Pedro and Anderson for any work you need done to your house.

Anderson and Pedro are highly recommended. Within 24 hours they came and restored my chimney that was leaking. They made time to come asap because they knew more rain was in the forecast so that I wouldn’t have an even bigger mess on my hands. I’m so grateful for their service and professionalism throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them again in the future for a few more projects I have ahead.

If there was a higher rating I would use it. From the start the people were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Needed an entire roof repair, and they did all the negotiations with the insurance company, and if the insurance company called me, I just referred them to A&K, and they took care of the the insurance concerns. They started on time, 7:00 AM and tore the roof, 1300 square foot house, and replaced two skylights, about 20 sheets of plywood, and finished the entire job by approx 5:00 PM. They left my yard cleaner then when they got there. I have yet to find 1 nail in the yard. I also had water damage to my sunroom/laundry room, and he had people come in and fix the entire ceiling and paint it also. I have waited for about a year before writing because I don't normally write reviews, in this case I made an exception. I met Pedro and his son Anderson, was impressed by their knowledge and the fact that they were a family business. I would rather pay money to local family contractors than large companies if possible. Anyway, these guys dealt with my insurance company, which was a pain, came and completed the work in 1 day(2200sq ft w/ 3car garage), replaced plywood and did a skylight that I needed replaced. The workers were fast, clean and professional. The clean-up was superb, no nails around, I searched, and the job looks phenomenal, and most important no leaks, after all those storms we had with the wind etc., still perfect.
