Giordano's Heating & A/C

Giordano's Heating and air conditioning is as good as it gets. Dave came out the day after we called and gave a price on the following day. They removed the old systems installed all new high eff. They were in and out in one day. The basement was spotless when they finished. New 3 stage compressor 18 seer all new coils,ductwork furnace air cleaning Merv 16 filters new humidifier and filters. They set up in garage and made duct work that had to be custom fit. Wrapped all the duct and sealed. I can't say enough about the professional manner from start to finished. We needed to replace our complete central ac system along with the ductwork in the basement. I reached out to them by email and received a phone call right away to set up a time to meet for an estimate. Dave came out on time, was definitely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be done. I was sent an estimate promptly by email and I accepted it. Rhiann was excellent to deal with and set everything up. The team of 4 techs that came out were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They did excellent work and everything is set up. This is a great company and I highly, highly recommend them. We have been using Giordano's Heating & Cooling for the past 19 years. They have replaced both my heating and air conditioning system. I have them come every fall and spring to service my units. I would not use anyone else. They are timely, competent and pleasant to deal with. I have used them in emergencies for quick and timely service. Dave and Brian, the owners, return phone calls promptly. Their technicians are thorough and answer any questions I might have.

We bought a heater a few years back and lots of issues… Giordano came out and was able to fix it for a more than reasonable price. I was ready to just get a new one. They didn’t over sell for replacing it, even though I told them I was ready too. Great people and really honest and helpful. Others couldn’t fix it and tried to sell me on a new expensive option. Knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced. I've used Giordano's since 1989 to install and service my two gas furnaces, and they always do a great job, and in a timely manner. A pleasure to deal with, and Brian went above and beyond to ensure my furnace was in top shape as well as running safely. I highly recommend them.
