Backdraft Chimney Service

We were referred to Backdraft from a family member who was very pleased with the work. Ryan gave us an estimate months ago. We called multiple times to schedule an appointment and have not received any communication since the estimate. Very disappointing & frustrating.

Very pleased with our service (chimney liner installation). Ryan was responsive and was much cheaper than his competitor. I also really appreciate that Ryan was willing to complete the install without charging us another inspection fee (!!!).

We have our chimney cleaned by Ryan. Our experience warrants a positive review. As long as he provides this service we will continue to call. Personable and honest are qualities he possesses. Years ago he installed a chimney cap. More recently after prolonged high winds the cap came off. I called and he came right over and reinstalled it without us being home. Thank you Ryan

In 11 years in my home I had never used my fireplace. Preparing for first use over the holidays, Ryan came the day before Thanksgiving. After his inspection, he determined chimney didn’t require cleaning and he didn’t charge me for his time. Ryan did spend time with me showing me what to look for in the future and instructing me on when to schedule a cleaning (based on usage). Ryan was prompt, knowledgeable and an overall very nice person. I will definitely use Backdraft in the future and highly recommend.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on schedule. Working very clean and efficiently. He took great care with our kids home and was very kind to humor our 4yo who wanted to stay in the room. He is very honest about the work with recommendations about future cleaning schedules and burning habits. Great price for great service. Will continue to use in the future.
